Shuttle service from the hotels will be starting at 3:00pm, however guests will not be able to enter the ceremony area until 4:30PM. It's about a 20min drive to the venue (traffic pending) so if you arrive on the early shuttle run you will be dropped at the Inn which has a bar, market and lots of space to hang! The Inn is ~1 min from the Beach Club venue and they have shuttles to run everyone over by 4:30! We recommend trying to catch earlier shuttle runs just to be safe with traffic. The last run will drop at the Beach Club. Pickup will be outside of the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, then will swing over to stop at the Holiday Inn &then head toward the Inn/Beach Club. Departure times from Hilton: - 3:00PM leave Hilton, at Holiday Inn by 3:10PM, at Inn by 3:30PM - 4:00PM leave Hilton, at Holiday Inn by 4:10PM, at Beach Club by 4:30PM The ceremony begins promptly at 5pm, so please do not miss the shuttle! On site parking is available at the Beach Club if needed.

BACK TO HOTELS / JETTY AFTER PARTY: There's a dedicated shuttle to get people from the Beach Club to the Inn pretty much around the clock. We'll have two shuttle buses running every ~40 minutes from the venue back to the Jetty/Hilton/Holiday Inn beginning around 9:30pm. Beach Club Pickup times (Reception ends at 10:30PM): - 9:30PM - 10:15-10:30PM x2 POST-AFTER PARTY AT THE JETTY: The Hilton is walkable, but we’ll have 2 shuttle runs from Jetty to Holiday Inn and back to Inn: - 11:30PM - 12:00AM
