Question

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at The Swan Barn Doors in Wisconsin Dells. If weather allows, the ceremony will be outside followed by an indoor reception. If raining, the ceremony will be inside.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony we ask you to enjoy signature cocktails, beer, wine and soda on us from 4-5pm outside on the patio deck. If it rains cocktail hour will then be inside the venue. Grand March will start around 5pm and dinner to follow at 5:30pm.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes there will be parking available, but parking is limited and please park the best you can as it is a free for all. Also at no cost to you we have provided a shuttle service that will pick-up guests at Chula Vista Resorts starting at 2:55 and take guests to the venue. Throughout the night our DJ will be announcing when the shuttle is departing and taking guests back to the hotel which will start at 9:30pm, again at 11:30pm and last at midnight. (times for shuttle may change so please check back closer to wedding day)

Are Children invited?

Answer

We love all your kiddos, however if your invite does not specifically mention their name, we hope you understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invite does not specify a plus one, although we'd love for you to be able to, we simply don't have enough room.
