We are asking that our guest wear Semi-formal or Cocktail attire.

As long as the weather cooperates, there will be a quick outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor cocktail hour and reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Absolutely! Our bartender will be serving up delicious drinks all night long, so please bring cash to tip him or her!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be a shuttle service to from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night.

Is there parking at the venue for those not staying?

There is a parking lot at the venue for those not using the hotel shuttle service.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we want you to relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We will have a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday inn Express Reedsville - block information to follow There is also a best western in the area, but the shuttle will only be running from the Holiday Inn.
