Yes. We will be providing transportation to/from the wedding venue. We are still working out the details of pick up/drop off for guests and will update this page as we have more information. The venue is located 15 minutes from Centro histórico de Morelia. For any other days in the city, we recommend using taxis/Uber. Rental cars are also available at the airport but we found that the average Uber ride amounted to 3-4 USD in the city.
If you plan to travel internationally, you will need to get a COVID-19 viral test (regardless of vaccination status or citizenship) no more than 1 day before you travel by air into the United States. You must show your negative result to the airline before you board your flight. This is the status for Covid-19 testing for reentry into the United States as of March 9th. We advise you to monitor the CDC or the State Department website for updates on this. We highly doubt, however, that this requirement will be lifted before the wedding.
If you are staying at a hotel, we suggest checking with them as this may be something they can organize for you. Testing is available at the Morelia airport as well and your airline may be able to direct you to a testing site as well. We have used CEDIMI when we have travelled there before. Here is the link for that organization: https://testfortravel.com/listing/cedimi-laboratorios-morelia-centro-morelia-mich-mexico/
