After graduating from the University of Kentucky in 2020, life took us in different directions....In 2021, a shared group of mutual friends brought us together. We became fast friends, and over time, our connection grew into something more. In 2022, we started spending more time just the two of us, and our first official date was at Drake’s in Lexington. We were both a little nervous, but any jitters quickly turned into laughter and easy conversation. It just felt right! After attending a wedding together in 2023, we made our relationship official. Living in Lexington, surrounded by horse country, it feels so special to celebrate our wedding at a venue that represents so much of what we love about this state. We truly can’t wait to say “I do” in a place that feels so uniquely Kentucky and so perfectly us!

Knowing how much Samantha has always loved The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Landon planned what she believed was simply a surprise family photo shoot at the resort. As they walked through the elegant courtyard, Landon led Samantha to the fountain in the back. There, surrounded by both of their families, Landon got down on one knee and asked Samantha to marry him!
