As much as we would love to share the day with your little ones, this is a 18+ event.

Can we leave our cars in the parking lot overnight?
Answer
Yes! Guests are allowed to park for free onsite and leave their cars in the parking lot of the venue overnight.

Is there transportation to and from hotel?
Answer
There will be transportation to the venue from the hotel prior to the ceremony and from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night. Guests are allowed to leave their cars at the venue overnight if they choose to drive there prior to the wedding start time.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
May 29, 2026. The bride and groom politely ask guests to notify them of any changes to their RSVP no later than 15 days prior to the wedding date (6/11/2026).

When should guests arrive?
Answer
The bride and groom request that the guests arrive starting at 5pm but no later than 5:15pm, as the ceremony has a strict start time of 5:30pm. If guests arrive early, they are welcome to enjoy air conditioning + beverages inside the venue at the cash bar.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Guests can bring a plus one if it is specifically indicated on their invitation.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be located on the golf course between 5:30-6:00pm. Cocktail hour will be located outside under a tent between 6:00-7:00pm. The reception with open bar will be located inside the venue from 7:00-11:00pm.

Are you providing a room block?
Answer
Yes! The bride and groom have reserved a room block at the Residence Inn by Marriott. However, guests are free to book a room in the surrounding area if they choose not to stay at the Residence Inn. *Please note - transportation provided by the bride and groom will only bring guests to the Residence Inn by Marriott.

When do I have to book my room by?
Answer
Rooms at the Residence Inn by Marriott under the Scullion-Bylsma block must be booked by May 22, 2026.

What is the dress code?

Guests are encouraged to wear summer formal attire! Think about semi-formal but not black tie.
