What date do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP yourself and full party members by May 1st, 2024 via this website. We need an accurate count by this date for dinner and will be unable to add guests after we finalize with our venue.

Is outside food & drink allowed?

Answer

Outside food and drink is not permitted by the venue. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, dinner & drinks at the venue. Beer & wine will be available, along with a cash bar for additional drinks.

What will the weather be like?

Weather should be comfortable! Enjoy high 80's and potentially low 90's.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love you and your children! Due to venue limitations, we kindly ask that children do not attend unless they are listed on invitation. If this will prevent you from attending, please contact Kerry or Samantha so we can try to accommodate.

Will there be a shuttle service to and from venue?

Answer

A shuttle bus will be operating from Santa Ana Hotel between 4:15pm - 4:45pm. It will make as many trips back and forth during this 30minute period. A return shuttle will be available from 10:30pm - 11pm. Lyft and Uber are also available. The venue is only 5 minutes from the hotel and *could* be walked, but is probably not recommended.
