What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by 4:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There will be valet parking for guests arriving for the wedding. Overnight guests of the hotel may park on site at the hotel.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP at least 60 days before the wedding date. ( By March 1st)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Our room block is at the hotel on site, so you will only need to walk a few feet to the ceremony and reception area(s). If you are staying at another nearby hotel it is just a short drive to the venue. There are also ride share companies operating in the area if you prefer not to drive.
