Picture bumping into a girl at a college party, locking eyes with her, and in that moment realizing you wanted to spend the rest of your life with her. Love at first sight was an understatement. Their fiery banter, adventurous energy and playful spirits blended so well together. 9 months later, at a music festival when the lights went off, confetti filled the air, music blasted with an infectious energy, and Kaike turned Sam around and put his arms around her shoulders and asked her if she would finally do him the honor of being his. The rest is history. Through college parties and final exams, exciting and adventurous late night rendezvous's, college graduation, adult jobs, finding their love of travel, moving into their first apartment and eventually buying their first home, Samantha and Kaike have spent every second doing nothing but experiencing life in every exciting and blissful way. And now, they will spend every moment for the rest of their lives doing just that.

A surprise trip to celebrate their 7 year anniversary was in store. He's told her nothing except to enjoy the ride. A car arrives to take them to New York City, and upon arrival the pair wander off to find a boutique little coffee shop before dinner at the most exquisite restaurant in the city. An intimate dinner filled with delicacies, desserts, and espresso martini's set the mood as he paid the check and escorted her to Chelsea pier. They walk onward towards the boats, she thinking they were there to watch the sunset. They turn the corner, and she sees the most beautiful yacht and makes a beeline, completely missing the obvious display of rose petals and candles. He calls her name, she turns around and he takes her hand, leads her over, where he gets down on one knee and asks her to be his forever. Suddenly, cheering erupts and she turns around to see her closest friends screaming and clapping and waving champagne! The rest of the night is filled with drinks and dancing, followed the next day by a surprise engagement party with friends and family, finished off with a surprise dinner at their favorite steakhouse where all her family who couldn't attend surprised her. A weekend filled with love, surprises, cocktails and fun is how their forever began.
