When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 18th so we can get a headcount and make sure there's enough cake for everyone! 🍰

Can I take and share photos on social media?

Answer

We kindly request you remain unplugged during our ceremony. We've hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture these special moments. Photos and videos can be taken after the ceremony, during cocktail hour, and the reception. We want everyone to be fully present and enjoy the ceremony with us

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests arrive by 5:30 PM, as stated on the invitation, so we can begin the ceremony promptly. To avoid any interruptions, late arrivals will be asked to wait at the Clubhouse until the ceremony has finished.

Can I bring a date?

While we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we're keeping our guest list to those named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little one(s), we have chosen to host an adults-only wedding reception. Kindly note that only children whose names appear on your invitation are invited to attend

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested (black tie optional). The ceremony will be outdoors, so please consider the warm weather and choose something cool and comfortable!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we'll be offering valet parking. If you're driving, please look for the 'Valet' signs after you pass the general parking lots and Clubhouse. These signs will guide you directly to the valet drop-off point

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable evening, we'll have a shuttle running between the Hayes Mansion Hotel and the venue from 4:45 PM to 11:45 PM. If you'd rather use a ride-sharing service, Uber and Lyft are also great options. We appreciate your commitment to responsible driving

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want to ensure everyone enjoys the meal. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary preferences so we can make the necessary accommodations.
