We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 4:30 p.m so you can settle before the proceedings. The doors will open at 4:00 p.m.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!
Yes! We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories and creams. We will also include a color guide with your invitation. We ask that your attire will be formal with muted neutral and forest tones. We also ask that guests do not wear any jeans or casual wear to our event.
The address is 195 Old Mill Rd. New Oxford, PA 17350. If you're staying at the Wyndham, we will have a shuttle providing transportation to and from the venue at specific times. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3:30 pm.
Yes! If you decide to drive to the venue, there is a large parking lot with plenty of spaces! If you do however drive and take a shuttle back to a hotel, you need to pick your car up at the venue before 9am the following day.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting) while the reception will mostly occur indoors. During cocktail hour, we will have a bar outside on the patio under a coveted veranda and inside at our main bar. During the reception, guests will have the option to be indoors or outdoors by the firepit.
If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our venders within a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite and RSVP.
We hope you understand that our wedding will be children free. We want you to be able to celebrate with us all night long!
Yes! We will have beer and mixed drinks. We will also have non-alcoholic beverages.
