We met when we were 15 years old and dated for about 2 and a half years. We were young and in love and shared so many teenage memories together but still had a lot of growing up to do. As college years approached, we decided to go our separate ways and focus on establishing our own identities. We always wanted what was best for eachother. Those years apart seemed to be a true testament to how strong our love really was. The high school Sam and John was always the one. We saw each other often in our big circle of friends, especially while having a Belmar house next to each other. This sparked a new chapter together, and we picked up right where we left off...only better!

This day was so special to us. We were closing on our first home, which was a hectic process in itself, and while taking pictures in front of our new home (like normal) John started to say "Remember when I said I'd marry you after this, well I thought I'd ask you first" and got down on one knee! The shock on Sam's face said it all!
