Will I get a Physical Wedding Invite?

Answer

YES! Unfortunately the physical invites were delayed a few weeks. However, I wanted to make sure everyone had all the information they needed in a timely manner, which is why you received a virtual invite. Keep an eye out for physical invites arriving mid July!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior, so we are able to get started on time. Thank you!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 1st. This gives us enough time to give our vendors an accurate head count. Thank you!

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes and no. Our ceremony itself will be “unplugged”. We have hired wonderful professional photographers and videographers to document the event. So please make sure you phone is on silent and put away. However, you may absolutely take photos during the cocktail hour and reception! Don’t forget to tag us in any pictures you post, and use our wedding hashtag #SaidYesToTheJess

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We have set up a Honeymoon fund. If you wish to contribute, please click on the “Registry” tab for more information. Thank you for helping me and Jesse celebrate our marriage by traveling the world as newlyweds!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a very strict guest limit. Therefore, only guests specifically listed on your invite may attend. Thank you for your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event unless otherwise stated on your invite. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Please refer to the “Travel” tab for hotel recommendations/deals.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Please make arrangements to drive/carpool to the venue. If you plan to celebrate by having a drink, I recommend planning on ordering a Lift/Uber. Thank you for helping us make sure everyone gets home safe.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The majority of the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. There will be plenty of heat lamps as well as a few fire pits, however I recommend bringing a coat or shawl if you get cold easily. We will move indoors for dancing and speeches around 8pm.
