Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There are three parking lots available for use. Please see the parking map above.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, which will occur at 5:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi formal - Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Limited transportation will be provided from the Loews Hotel to the ceremony for hotel guests. Hotel guests should arrange individual transportation back to the hotel following the reception. Please see the "travel" page for more information.
