Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. There is a semi-formal dress code, tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No. We will not have the space for dates, unless indicated.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No. Unfortunately we will not have the space for kids either.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. Fairlane has a block of rooms, which need to be reserved by August 7, 2019 to receive the discounted rate, under The Beecroft-Gosh Wedding. Holiday Inn Express Nashville-Downtown is within walking distance of Fairlane. Nashville also has endless Airbnb rental homes available, so check those out!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 430pm, we ask you arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony begins to find your seats.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes & no. We do not have any formal transportation, but as many of you are family and friends, we encourage group travel to the ceremony. Uber & Lyft are good options so you wont have to worry about parking.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is valet parking available for $10 at Fairlane. Overnight parking in their garage is $39.

Where do I go when arrive at the fairlane?

Answer

Along with Jocelin Beecroft & James Buckau, we will have our event planner, Meggan Binder available to point guests in the right direction.
