Question

Will there be alcohol on the event day?

Answer

We would like to kindly share that our celebration will be alcohol-free. This is a personal decision made with care and intention, and we appreciate your understanding and support. Other beverages such as soft drinks, teas, lemonades, waters, and fun mocktails will be served. We are truly excited to gather with our loved ones for a day filled with joy, connection, and meaningful memories. Your presence is the most important gift, and we cannot wait to celebrate together.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests dress in semi-formal to dressy attire. For women, this could mean a cocktail dress, a dressy skirt and top, or a stylish jumpsuit. For men, dress pants with a button-up shirt—ties and jackets are welcome, but not required.

What Airport should I fly into?

Answer

Norfolk International Airport, ORF. This airport is only 15 minutes from the church.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of on site parking. There will also be parking lot signs to guide you to the correct entrance upon arrival.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Springhill Suites Hotel, listed in the travel tab, is walking distance (only 7 minute walk) from the church and is our most preferred option due to its location convenience. The other two hotels listed will be a short commute. We recommend ridesharing if you do not have a personal vehicle.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 2:00pm, 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the doors to the chapel close. The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00, so arriving early is definitely appreciated.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding day with the people who mean the most to us—and that includes you! As much as we’d love to extend the invitation to everyone, we’re keeping our guest list intimate due to space and planning considerations. We kindly limit your invitation just to those listed on your RSVP.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Due to the nature of planning and finalizing details with our venue and vendors, we kindly ask that you please RSVP by no later than October 1st, 2025. We sincerely apologize for the short notice—things have been moving quickly, and we truly appreciate your understanding and quick response.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please include that information when you RSVP or reach out to us directly. We’ll do our best to make sure there’s a safe and delicious option available for you. Your comfort and safety are important to us, and we truly appreciate you sharing this in advance!

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, for those who wish to honor us with a gift, we will have cash funds set up for you to make contributions towards.
