What is the Covid policy?

We encourage all guests to test prior to arriving for the weekend. All events will be mask optional and will be primarily outdoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, please arrive in time to take your seats prior to the ceremony beginning.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Bus transportation will be provided for the following accommodations: Holiday Inn, Granville House, The Barrington, Egremont Village Inn. Please look for more details on our "Lodging and Transportation" page.

Cocktail attire. The majority of events will take place on grass so please plan footwear accordingly.

If I drive myself, where should I park?

There is free parking at the venue for about 30 cars.
