I have COVID-19 concerns, what should I do?

Answer

We are doing our very best to set up precautions to keep our guests safe. We will be implementing social distanced seats during the ceremony and reception. Face Masks or coverings are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to be worn when walking around or talking with someone who is outside your household. There will be masks available upon request and hand sanitizer placed throughout the event. There will be also be cleaning and disinfecting happening throughout the event to keep our guests as safe as possible. Please be aware that by attending you are attending at your own risk of exposure to the virus. There is going to be a “Facebook Live" ceremony for guests who choose not to attend in person.

Face Masks or face coverings are highly recommended! We politely ask that you wear one when walking to the ceremony, when receiving food from catering, going to the bar or anytime that you are interacting with a person outside your household. We politely ask that you maintain social distance throughout the event.

Are kids invited?

No one loves kids more than Sam and Erik! But let's keep it an adults-only evening to give the parents a night off!

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Cocktail, please. The ceremony will take place in the Woods so please be aware of this when making your shoe choice for the event.

Yes, onsite parking is available.

Please RSVP by Aug 15, 2020 so we can make our final head count! Looking forward to celebrating with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

15 minutes prior to the Ceremony.

How should I prepare for the weather?

Answer

The event will be held entirely outside in the forest. It is recommended that you bring a light jacket for when the sun goes down. The mountain region typically gets chilly in the evenings. We will have an outdoor fireplace available for guests to warm up by.
