Maid of Honor
Cass Webby met Sam in mortuary school. The two were assigned to the same lab group and absolute chaos ensued. The pair enjoy a long-distance friendship, but make time for a girl's trip each year. She is the proud mother of two devious cats, Cecil and Frank, and her beautiful idiot of a horse, Robbie. Catch her on the dance floor when we play emo music or 90's pop.
Best Man
Edwin first met Jason about 15 years ago working in a warehouse and have been best friends since . Over time, even with moving to different states and different lives , they still remained great friends and still can be found at rock shows and out having fun to this day!
Matron of Honor
Jessica met Samantha while the two were working at On the Border in Schaumburg. Jess had just had her first child and Sam offered to babysit in exchange for makeup. Jess is the only reason Sam looks decent when she attends any sort of social gathering, so thank her for that. Jessica loves Hobby Lobby sign decor, coffee, eating dairy when she shouldn't, and her two kids. She also loves Sam and Eddie and is constantly feeding them at her home. Jess has always made us feel like part of her family, so it was only fitting to have her be our Matron of Honor at our wedding.
Groomsman
Edwin first met Ricardo when he started working for ILD over 3.5 years ago. Ricardo trained him, and over the years became a great friend and share many interests like football and having a great sense of humor.
Bridesman
Brandon is Samantha's little brother, and he spent his childhood terrorizing Samantha with lunchmeat. He is the proud father of two fur babies, Primrose and Lorenzo. He likes the Alien franchise, Zed's Dead, and EDM music. A film aficionado, he goes to the theaters to watch every film nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars each year.
Groomswoman
Edwin first met Jessica when he was about two, Jessica is my sister, and grew up together. We share lots of laughs and lots of love . She is not only my sister, but one of my best friends as well.
Bridesman
Angelo is Samantha's brother. He is a DJ extraordinaire and a very skilled skateboarder. He is currently in the process of getting his driver's license, so please look out for the car marked, "STUDENT DRIVER" on the way to our wedding.
Groomswoman
Sidalee is Edwin’s niece, and not only is she awesome like her uncle, but she’s a multi sport athlete and has a great sense of humor .
Bridesmaid
Alessa is Samantha's youngest and only sister. She loves tumbling, volleyball and Dunkin Donuts iced coffee. Samantha is so excited to include her in the wedding planning and all of the events to come!
Groomsman
Mason is Edwin’s nephew, and not only is he a smart little guy, he’s a soccer star and has a big heart .
Officiant
Ashley "Bob" Wagner will be doing double-duty on the wedding day as Officiant and Bridesmaid. She is Samantha's cousin and a beautiful human. When they were children, Ashley and her twin sister always wanted to play "wedding" and Samantha always played the officiant. The irony is not lost on any of us. Bob loves her dog, Billie, games, and shaking what her mama gave her. The couple politely requests that you refrain from serving her gin throughout the duration of the wedding.
Groomsman
Edwin first met Austen in high school. Although they didn’t really know each other and hung in different groups, Austen became close with my sister and immediately became part of the family. He is my brother in law, but feels like a true brother, and always an honest friend to talk with as well.
Usher
Andrew sat two rows in front of Samantha in a journalism class at Mizzou and she and a friend thought he was cute. They invited him to coffee where they realized he was actually a Strange Human. Proudly friends since 2009, Sam and Andrew's relationship mostly consists of sending each other the most useless and inappropriate memes known to mankind. Andrew is an expert on all things pop culture and (quite literally) wrote the book on Mad Men (search his name on Amazon!). We are overjoyed to have Andrew join us on our wedding day, and do not apologize for anything he might say to you on the day.
Usher
Andrew and Samantha met in 2017 while doing the Disney College Program. The two worked together at both Casey's Corner and Tomorrowland Terrace in the Magic Kingdom. At one point, they had a snap streak of over 365 days, but Sam messed it up. Andrew loves being from Texas, Disney Parks, football, and Legos. A chicken nugget connoisseur, and a great friend, we are delighted to have Andrew stand by us.
