5:00 PM: Guests arrive and find their seats
5:30 PM: Wedding ceremony promptly starts
6:00–7:00 PM: Cocktail hour with apps (and family photos with immediate family)
7:00–8:30 PM: Dinner
8:30–11:30 PM: Dancing, celebrating, and enjoying the night!
