Where should we stay?

Answer

The Double Tree Hilton is blocked off for our guests. Please see TRAVEL for information. We have also enjoyed our stay at The Sandman Hotel in Santa Rosa.

What time should we arrive to the wedding?

Answer

The Ceremony is promptly at 4pm. We suggest our guests arrive at 3:30pm for a welcome drink.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking at the venue, but we highly suggest that guests either carpool with a designated driver who will not be drinking alcohol, or utilizing Uber/Lift services.

What time does the wedding go until?

Answer

Our last song will be at 11pm sharp, signaling for our guests to start taking their leave.

Are my kids welcome to the wedding?

Answer

While we wish we could celebrate with everyone’s kids, we are only able to accommodate children who are specifically included in the RSVP via the website. If your RSVP includes the option to check-in your child, we are excited to celebrate with them. If not, we kindly ask you to enjoy a child-free evening with us.

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

We ask our guests to kindly RSVP by July 15th, even if you will not be attending. This will help give us an accurate count of guests.
