Neither of us really remember the exact first time we met, because we knew each other long before we started dating, back when Samantha was still in high school and (not so subtly) crushing on Dave when he came over to her family's Fourth of July parties. Getting to know each other over the years as friends - between more family parties, Goshen Fair Weekends, Samantha making Dave's breakfast sandwiches at the deli, Dave and Matt rescuing Samantha and Morgan when they ran out of gas on the side of route 4, and just bumping into each other around town, Dave finally made the first move during the summer of 2017. After spending basically the entire summer together, Dave introduced Samantha as his girlfriend on Labor Day at the Goshen Fair, and the rest is history. Over the last 5 years, we've been by each others sides through the best and worst times, and have started to build such a beautiful life together. We purchased our first home in 2019, finished renovations and moved in early 2020, brought home our puppy, Axel, a few months later, and got engaged in Lake George this past June. We are so excited for this next chapter as husband & wife!
