FAQs

ASK AWAY! For any additional questions that are not listed or specified, please reach out to Samantha or Dalton directly.
Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but to help keep the day flowing smoothly, we kindly ask that only those specifically mentioned in the invitation attend. We hope you’ll take this as the perfect excuse for a date night as we will have an open bar!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to include everyone, but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited by invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

How to RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime. The earlier the better so don’t be shy! We will also include a paper RSVP with your invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by December 7!

Question

What if I don’t RSVP?

Answer

If you do not RSVP you and your party will be marked as “not attending”. We are required to provide our vendors and venue of the exact guest count by a certain time. Please be mindful of this when you RSVP. If any changes need to be made after you complete your RSVP please contact Samantha or Dalton as soon as possible. Thank you!

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend, please indicate “WILL NOT attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find you cannot make it, please notify Samantha or Dalton directly as soon as you are aware.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive between 3:40 and 3:45 PM to allow time to find your seat and get settled. If you arrive after 3:50 PM, you may miss the ceremony—don’t be late!

Question

What is the expected attire?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in dressy casual attire, look your best, but feel comfortable! The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, so please keep the unpredictable Texas weather in mind. Be sure to wear something you’ll feel great in (just no white, please!) and come picture-ready, because we can’t wait to capture these special memories with you!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have beer, margaritas, limited wine, and cocktail options.

Question

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?

Answer

Yes! Although we will have options, you are welcome to bring you own beverages in moderation. If you do, please bring it sealed and deliver it directly to the bartender upon arrival. Please also label it, as the bartender will not be responsible for keeping up with who’s drinks are who’s.

Question

Disclaimer regarding drinking

Answer

We want everyone to have an amazing time celebrating our special day! With that in mind, we kindly ask that you drink responsibly and know your limits. A security guard will be on site, and disruptive behavior won’t be tolerated. Please be mindful and enjoy this special night with us!

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We will be adding the dinner and bar menu on separate tabs soon!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes! We encourage taking pictures but, please be mindful of our professional photography! We will have more information for a shared wedding album on the wedding day.

Question

Travel?

Answer

We’ve listed a couple good options for hotels in the “travel” tab. If you have any additional questions regarding travel, please feel free to reach out to Samantha or Dalton directly.

Question

Registry?

Answer

Your love and presence are more important to us than any gift we could receive. We are not doing a wedding registry, as we have lived together for years now. A contribution to our honeymoon fund is not necessary, but if you choose to do so, we will have a card box available for any contributions or cards on the day of the wedding. Thank you!
