Can I bring children to the wedding?

we have made the decision to only invite family and friends over the age of 12, including no babies regardless of age.

Due to limited venue space, only a select few are allowed a plus one, this will be mentioned on your RSVP

where is the ceremony/reception?

Answer

The lower pavilion at Washington state park DeSoto Mo. Maps to Thunderbird lodge, De Soto, MO then pass between the wooden gate and continue down the road to the lower pavilion

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear something comfortable and stylish but leave the jeans at home. Also, the event will take place on grass so please dress accordingly

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive at 1pm for the ceremony to begin at 1:15

Can I take pictures of the ceremony/post on social media?

Answer

We encourage taking pictures but ask that we make sure not to block the photographers. We also ask that you share your pictures at our #Dakotaandsam2027 on Instagram and tag us on Facebook so we can share in the memories

What time does the reception end?

6 pm to provide plenty of time for cleanup before sunset

What food will be served?

Answer

Our main food will be beef and chicken tacos and all the fixings, we will also have a desserts table with cupcakes, cookies, and brownies
