Is there transportation from the cabins or hotel to the wedding?

Answer

No, we live in a very remote location, in the mountains of western North Carolina, there are no taxis, shuttles, or ubers. There is also no cell phone service unless you are on wifi at your cabin!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one then absolutely yes, please include their name and any dietary restrictions when rsvping

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are getting married on a farm and we are doing a dressy casual theme, please try not to wear stilettos as the ground can sometimes be soft and we don't want anyone twisting an ankle! Also, don't forget a sweater or shawl, it can get a little chilly in the mountains after the sun goes down and we are having an outdoor wedding!

Answer

We have a lot of guests coming from out of town so yes kids will be invited!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We are asking everyone to please respond by August 5, 2023

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

We would prefer a mailed RSVP! RSVPs will have prepaid postage so all you have to do is fill it out and drop it in the mail, but we have also opened the website to online RSVPing as well to make it convenient for everyone!

When should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before the ceremony! Ceremony starts at 4pm, there is a lot of setting up that has to be done the morning of the wedding and we would like it finished and ready before people start arriving!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and post on social media?

Answer

We would prefer you enjoy the ceremony and take photos at the reception instead and YES please post to social media with the hashtag #SamanthaandCory so that we can quickly find them and view them while on our honeymoon!

Where are you registered?

Answer

Cory and I are merging two fully established households so instead of asking for new kitchen appliances or household goods, we have included a honeymoon registry so that we can fulfill our dream of spending a week in Scotland together!
