Maymont Park is a 19th-century estate hosting events & tours of its Gilded Age mansion, gardens & wildlife center. Great for a casual walk in Richmond.

We're regulars here. Easily the best ice cream spot...ever. Dangerously located a short walk away from our home in the Museum District, RVA.
Stella's Restaurant
Definitely make a reservation here if you have time (hard to get in without one)! Greek Bistro with modern eats and decor - fanfreakingtastic food. Cute little shop and wine bar next door too called Our Life by Stella's, where they sell boutique goods.
ZZQ Texas Craft Barbeque
Best bbq and brisket you may ever have. Seriously. Go with an empty stomach! If you have time to spend in RVA, this is one of our favorites.

Virginia Museum of Fine Arts
Another great place to swing by if you're in town early. Even if you don't have time to visit the inside of the museum, the outside grounds are nice for walking around too! We live right behind the museum, so we're there a lot. This is also where Conman proposed.
