The highest and most active volcano in Europe. There are plenty of tours to check out Mt Etna that include wine or helicopter rides around the volcano!

"Beautiful Island" is just a stone throw away from the city center of Taormina. You can relax on the pebble beach and swim in the turquoise waters. Isola Bella is one of the main attractions of Taormina, you cannot access the beach easily on foot but there are plenty of alternatives to get down. One being a 300 step access point or by cable car that runs every 15 minutes! If you're feeling adventurous, there are plenty of boat tours you can do around Isola Bella as well with snorkeling and cave adventures.
