The room comes with two comfortable double beds, and a private balcony or terrace to unwind after another beautiful day. -Maximum room occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Preferred Club Junior Suite Tropical View: Tranquility awaits in your own 520-square-foot suite that boasts lush views of tropical gardens. You’ll have your own living area and a bedroom with two double beds, both elegantly decorated with classic details. Maximum room occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean Front: Featuring a private balcony with a hot tub and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. This elegantly decorated space comes with and a separate living area. Maximum room occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Airport Shuttle

Roundtrip Group Nonstop Transportation = $48.75 per person. It is a private service (only members of the same Wedding group who are on the same flight will share this transport with you) The travel agent though the block will need a screenshot of your flights by February 16th, 2024 to schedule your transport. You can also book the shuttle outside the room block and through the hotel itself

Deposit and Cancellation

1st Deposit: To hold your room, we will need a deposit of $150 USD per room 2nd Deposit: 50% cost due by November 17, 2023 Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due by January 17th, 2024 CANCELATION: From the time of booking to November 16th, 2023 your deposit is refundable. From November 17th, 2023 to January 16th, 2024, first and second deposit fees are non-refundable. There are also penalties for reducing the number of nights or people in the room. From January 17th, 2024 to your Travel Date, any room cancelation will result in a 100% penalty per room.
