Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Well... the wedding is in the middle of July, so it will most likely be a warm day. It is all indoors (air conditioned), but we do have access to an outdoor patio plus dancing may get you toasty after a while. Style wise, we are going for more of a semi-formal feel. Be comfy and cool, but still classy and elegant (no jeans please). Our wedding colors are purple and grey, so don't wear purple or grey if you don't want to match the wedding party!

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both are taking place at Nazareth Hall. The ceremony is in the Chapel on the second floor. The reception will be in the Ladyglen Ballroom on the ground floor. Both will be indoors in the air conditioned building. During the reception, we have access to an outside porch area as well. The Nazareth Hall address is: 21211 West River Rd, Grand Rapids, OH 43522

Where should I park?

Answer

Free parking is in the back of the building. The driveway will lead you right to it. Then you can enter through the doors closest to the parking lot, and make your way to the chapel (either up the stairs or up on the elevators).

Is it handicap compatible?

Answer

Yes! There is an elevator to get to and from the chapel. There is a floor level bathroom (though it is at the other end of the hall). There are also ramps by the entrances.

What do I do after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will take some time to take some pictures out on the beautiful Nazareth Hall grounds. While we are busy doing that, you guys get to make your way down to the Ladyglen Ballroom, find your seats, eat some hors d'oeuvres, be impressed with our decoration skills, quench your thirst, and mingle with family and friends. We will join you for the party as soon as we are done with pictures!

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

The RSVPs are due May 14th 2023. I love being able to plan things ahead, and the sooner I get a head count, the better I'll feel! So! Pretty please mail back your RSVPs as soon as you can. If anything changes, feel free to reach out to Bailey or myself.

Will there be special diet options?

Answer

Yes! Nazareth Hall will accommodate any dietary need. If your are vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, or have any allergies please let us know in the "Notes" section on the RSVP, and we will make sure you get what you need:)

Is there a kids meal option?

Answer

Yes! Kids 12 and under will be served apple sauce, chicken fingers, and french fries for supper. Also, if there is anyone older than 12 who would want an adult sized portion of the kids meal instead of the buffet, just let us know in the "Notes" section on the RSVPs and I can make it happen!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at multiple different stores, BUT you can find everything right here on the Zola site in the "Registry" section. You can even donate to our honeymoon fund here too!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding fun on social media?

Answer

Sure! Just tag either Bailey or myself in them so we can see them/have access to them.

Can I take decorations/ centerpieces home?

Answer

No. Some of the decoration pieces I have borrowed from family and friends, some I want to keep for home and classroom decorations, and some we borrowed from Nazareth Hall. BUT! We have wedding favors for everyone to take home!
