FAQs

Question

How do I find the venue?

Answer

Our venue is located at 8001 County Road 33. Given its secluded setting, we recommend using Apple Maps for the most reliable navigation to our location. If you prefer alternative directions, simply follow the gravel road, take the first fork to the right, and you'll find the house on your left at the end of the road.

Question

Will the event be outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and the majority of the reception will be held outdoors. Weather permitting—and with hopeful hearts—we’re looking forward to a beautiful day under the open sky.

Question

Is the wedding at a traditional wedding venue?

Answer

We’ve chosen a unique Airbnb venue rather than a traditional wedding space to create a more intimate and relaxed experience. This option allowed us to skip the formalities of working with venue managers, avoid strict end times, and focus on enjoying meaningful moments with our loved ones in a setting that truly feels like us.

Question

Can I bring a plus one/date?

Answer

We’re so grateful for everyone who’s joining us to celebrate! Due to the limited capacity of our venue—and the incredible generosity of our hosts in already going above and beyond—we’re only able to accommodate those guests who have been formally invited, including designated plus ones. If a plus one was extended to you, it will be noted on your digital RSVP. We kindly ask that no additional guests attend on the day of the wedding. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our celebration adults-only, with the exception of the children participating in the wedding. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax, let loose, and fully enjoy the festivities with us! We recommend using this weekend to relax & reset, the surroundings areas are so beautiful and relaxing!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking all of our guests to welcome in the spring season in style with us in beautiful pastel colors–soft yellows, baby pinks, light blues, lavenders, and light oranges. Please be considerate of our wedding party wearing sage green and avoid whites and other off-white colors as these colors have been reserved for the bride and groom. Attire should follow a formal garden dress code, which may look like maxi or midi‑length dresses in flowy or textured fabrics for the ladies and light suits in linens and other light fabrics for the guys. Minimal patterns please! Hop over to our inspo page for pictures and some more ideas!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available and shouldn’t be too tight, but if you’re able to carpool with friends or family, we’d truly appreciate it! It’ll help avoid any potential parking hiccups and keep things smooth and stress-free for everyone.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

It means so much to us to be truly present with all of you during this special moment. That’s why we’re asking for an unplugged ceremony—no phones, cameras, or devices—so we can all soak in the joy together, distraction-free. Don’t worry though: before the ceremony officially begins, there’ll be a brief moment for everyone to snap a few photos. We’ve also hired an amazing professional photographer to capture all the magic, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy every second. During the reception however, photos are absolutely welcomed & we will even have some disposable cameras for guests to use to capture the night in a unique way.

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We invite our guests to arrive by 3:30 PM, allowing time to settle in and share in the quiet, joyful anticipation before we say ‘I do.’

Question

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Thanks to the flexibility of our venue, we’ll be moving seamlessly from the ceremony straight into the reception—no need for travel, waiting, or schedule stress. Just more time to celebrate together!
