Where should I park?

Answer

When driving in the main property take your first left and park at the Shenendoah Clubhouse. It is a short walk to the ceremony is located at the Lodge, located right next to the Shenendoah Clubhouse. *If you are staying over: park where you are staying and see question below.

I am staying overnight, how do I get to the ceremony from my room?

Answer

If you are staying at the Lodge- go down the lobby and it is right outside – Backyard. If you are staying at the The Brook/Tower/Sandstone go down to the front desk and ask to get a shuttle over to the lodge and you will be right at the ceremony!

Transportation to reception

Answer

The reception is a building away from the ceremony. You can walk or get on the shuttle.

Are my children invited?

Answer

As much as we love them, we decided on inviting no children to the ceremony or reception.

What time should I arrive to the ceromony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm, ceremony starts promptly at 5pm

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation said "and guest" or your partner's name, then yes!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside on the Lawn of the Lodge (building with green roof).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please reach out to Sam (585-764-0326) so accomodations can be made.

Will there be a late night food station?

Answer

Yes! We will have Pizza provided around 10:30pm.
