When do I have to have my hotel booked by?

Answer

Rooms need to be booked by September 17, 2021, after that date the group rate is no longer honored.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The bridal party will be wearing slate blue, we kindly ask the women to reframe from matching.

Are kids welcome

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle holds 12 people at a time. Please sign up at the front desk of the hotel. It will be first come first serve for time slots but you will all eventually get there.

Do I have to park my own car at the venue?

Answer

You are not allowed to park your own car at the venue (per Planterra) there will be a valet service.
