Wedding Party

Kelli Adams

Bridesmaid

Kelli, my first sister! She is the wife of Doug and mother to our adorable niece, Lizzy. Kelli is the most thoughtful and kind person! From house buying to wedding planning, Kelli has been by our side giving great advice. We always look forward to visits with Doug, Kelli and Lizzy in Sea Isle and in Philly!

Zoe Newell

Bridesmaid

Zoe!! Andrew's Sister and the best soon to be sister- in -law. Zoe welcomed me into the Newell clan with open arms! Not long after meeting Zoe, did she stop being -Andrew's sister- and was quickly one of the Girls. My most memorable trips have been with Zoe including skiing in Jackson Hole, WY and exploring in Cuba! I am so lucky to call Zoe family and I can't wait for all the fun adventures ahead!

Kayla Kassis

Bridesmaid

Kayla!!! My forever roommie! We were college roommates then roommates after college then after -after college then after -after college you get the idea :) Andrew and I lived with Kayla on Dunton St. in Philadelphia. Those three years were the best as I lived everyday with my 2 best friends!! Thank god Andrew was able to put up with Girl Talk basically every night for three years. I am so thankful to have Kayla in my life. She ALWAYS keeps everyone laughing and is genuinely the most kind- hearted person!! Love you, Kay!

Katie Adams

Bridesmaid

Katie, the girl that just Gets Me! To say we have a few things in common is an understatement. If I had to pick someone who shares in my love for the beach, salt air, swimming in the ocean, 5:00 happy hours and of course singing along to Walk The Moon and Pete Yorn- Katie would be the one!! I love how our friendship has grown so close over the years. Cheers to our Dads for being brothers and letting their daughters hang together!

Sarah Chick Vlahos

Matron of Honor

CHICK! Chick and I first met in college on the Etown Track team and since that first day of practice we were pretty much inseparable. Fast forward 8 years, Chick was with me the first night I met Andrew. Actually, all of my most cherished memories, Chick has been apart of them! I knew it was a good sign when Chick and Andrew shared a mutual love for the New England Patriots! Andrew and I always look forward to a night out with Chick and her husband, Perry, in either Wayne or Philly.

Kristina Wetzel

Maid of Honor

Do yourself a favor and get yourself a BFF named Kristina Wetzel!! When Kris and I met on the 1st day of 4th grade I think we both knew our friendship was pretty special. Did we know 20 years later we would still be carrying on, laughing the hardest laughs and sharing in special moments together?? I'm not sure, but I'm so glad it turned out to be exactly that. Over the years, I have learned so much from Kris and have admired what a strong woman she is.

Tom Heppard

Best Man

What is there to say about Tom that hasn't already been written. He has been one of my best friends since our freshman year at WAC. We have been through pretty much everything together and have only grown closer through the years. He introduced me to Sam those many years ago at the TLA, convinced me to move to Philadelphia and was my first roommate. It will be tough not having him around the corner anymore but he is family to me and that is for life.

Alec Rosa

Groomsman

Alec and I have been friends since my freshman year of college and were in the same "fraternity". The friendship didn't really reach it's potential until after we both graduated and Alec and Kate were living in D.C. I would be over at their studio apartment practically every weekend from Friday to Sunday...needless to say we got close. We definitely got on Kate's nerves more than a few times, but I consider Alec and Kate an extension of my family.

Bill "Lark" Larkey

Groomsman

Lark has been friends with Sam since preschool and have been close ever since. When I moved to Philly, Lark brought me in to his world and always made me feel like a part of the group. He has become a great friend to me and whether it's playing softball or posting up at the OD, Lark's trademark catch phrases like "Electric" or "He'll do one!", you know you are in for a good time if you are hangin with the Lark.

Kevin Rodriguez

Groomsman

Kevin and I have been friends since our freshman year of college. Kevin is from Colorado and came to WAC to play lacrosse so we were all surprised when the coach told him in the fall that he was just too good to play on the team. I convinced him to bring his talents to the boathouse and join the rowing team with me. We have been close ever since. Whether it was bothering Tom by cooking our early-morning, after practice breakfasts, driving across country (or to Fort Collins, close enough), getting lost in the south side of Chicago, or attempting to wake me up for early morning practice (no need for any details) we always had a good time and shared a ton of laughs.

Matt Boucher

Groomsman

Matt and I became friends my freshman year of college (see a trend here) and have stayed friends ever since. Being the most responsible of our friends we were all thrilled for Bouch when he officially became a lawyer. Hopefully he got his New Jersey license for this weekend as we may need his services (just kidding?).

Doug Adams

Groomsman

Doug and I have become closer over the years sharing our love for sports, tv shows, movies, and games. I've done my best to become as well versed in obscure movie and tv references, and anything 76ers related so I can try to keep up in our conversations. He has been nothing but supportive for Sam and I and I am looking forward to officially becoming a part of the family.
