Pre-Wedding "Shake Out Hike" - Romero Pools

Hiking Attire

"This is a moderate 6 mile hike (out and back) with gorgeous views of the Santa Catalina mountain range. The first mile is relatively flat and an easy walk, making for an excellent warm-up for the hills. The next couple miles are moderately steep, and the rocky trail climbs to the Romero Pools. The pools are formed along a stream bed, and water flows seasonally. This area features terrific swimming holes and beautiful spots to relax." We are hopeful the pools will be full early April. There are plenty of other easy-to-moderate trails in the park and we highly recommend going even if you do not do this particular hike. Dress in layers. Lots of water recommended!

Please arrive between 3:45 pm - 4:15 pm to be greeted with tequila shots, pow wow with friends and family, and take your seats by 5 pm.
