Both hotels in the wedding block are conveniently located side by side, sharing the same parking lot. A complimentary shuttle will be provided to take guests from the hotels to the wedding venue. If you’re checking in on the day of the wedding, please keep in mind that the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM. Check-in at SpringHill Suites by Marriott begins at 3:00 PM, while Homewood Suites by Hilton begins at 4:00 PM. You’re welcome to request an early check-in at either hotel, though it cannot be guaranteed.
A coach bus will be provided from the hotels at 4:00pm to take guests to the venue
