What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual Some of the venue is located on grass/gravel, so ladies choose footwear accordingly! The ceremony will be outdoors rain or shine.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love an ASAP RSVP - but otherwise April 30th. You can RSVP on this website under the RSVP tab or let the bride or groom know.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space constrictions at the venue, we ask that only those listed on the envelope of your invitation attend. If you have any questions please ask the bride or groom!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5pm. The ceremony will start shortly after 5pm but we would love for people to be able to grab a drink before! Open bar starts at 5pm but the restaurant/bar is open to the public for their normal hours so feel free to go early!

Are kids welcome?

We kindly ask that kids do not attend, we want everyone to be able to relax and have fun!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! From the hotels in Downtown Binghamton mentioned under the travel tab. More information to come.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Beer Tree Farm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we recommend staying downtown where restaurants and bars are all centrally located and the venue is a 10 minute drive. However, there are more hotel options located in Vestal if you would like to browse.
