Maid of Honor
My sister is quite literally the person I've known from the day I was born. She is my role model and go to person to do anything with. She understands everything about me and my life and there is no one else I could ever fathom being my Maid of Honor.
Best Man
The Brother from Another Mother. We grew up together since I was 4 years old and he became my gaming partner. We'd stay up all night as kids playing Super Smash Bros and Pokemon on our DS. No matter how long it's been since we've last hung out, it always gives me the nostalgia and joy of being a kid. From the day Samantha and I got engaged, I knew he had to be my Best Man.
Bridesmaid
Sarah is my longest friend after meeting when we were just 5 years old in Mrs. Pasqua's kindergarten class. We've been inseparable since. She is the Annie to my Hallie, the one who's always a simple text away, and the most down girl. I couldn't imagine my wedding day without her in it.
Groomsman
The Zoomer. We first met when he became my minion at Glovis. He's the easiest person to talk to about the latest video games or competitive strategies like League of Legends or TFT. He's also the best wingman for any karaoke night, but he usually steals the show (from charisma not talent).
Bridesmaid
I met Sukanya in the third grade at lunch. She was my Arcadia Transit partner in crime, 6+ hours landline phone call recipient, and fellow AHS summer swimming bestie. I know that I can always count on her to be there for me through anything and give me the most thoughtful advice. She is one of the girls I knew I'd want standing up there with me for the most important day of my life.
Groomsman
Mr. Contagious Laughter. We met through work 2 years ago and I've cherished our after work shenanigans and borderline questionable Teams chats. Kenny spills the best tea at work and has been so easy to talk to. He's always there for me when I need a quick laugh to help bear with the struggles that stem from adulting.
Bridesmaid
Brittnie is one of my first friends from middle school. We bonded over our 8 hour trips to the mall and following up with just as long phone calls. She is the most down to earth, straight forward girl and I can count on her to lend me a hand whenever I need it. From our Just Dance days, I can guarantee that she is the life of the party who won't be afraid to brighten up my wedding day.
Groomsman
The Pickleball/Finance Little. Alvin was the first friend I made when starting my first job at City of Arcadia as a Rec Leader. Bonding through our mutual annoyance of children, we became close at work and at UCR he became my little in CSA. Nowadays we play pickleball together and go out for drinks, and I'm happy I could count on him to be one of my groomsmen.
Bridesmaid
I met Amy in Sophomore year Chinese class. She is the easiest person to talk to and we instantly became close. From countless sleepovers, puzzle makings, twin days and baking adventures, she always brought joy in my life. We fantasized about how our weddings would be like and after celebrating hers a few years ago, I'm grateful that she will be there for mine.
Groomsman
The LitLittle/Basketball Addict. Tony is one of my first friends I made at CSA and he became my little along with Alvin. Whether it was grabbing KBBQ after class, our countless boba runs, or just chilling, I could always count on him to be down for anything. And most importantly, he's down to be part of my special day.
