The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm; we kindly ask that you plan to arrive by 3:45pm to be seated.
As long as mother nature is one our side that day, the ceremony will be held outdoors, along with cocktail hour. Our reception will be held indoors. All will take place at Historic Acres of Hershey; we've included the venue website below if you'd like to take a peek! https://www.historicacres.com/
Our dress code is formal - meaning dress to impress! We kindly ask that ladies wear a dress, a dressy jumpsuit, or a pantsuit. For the gentlemen, a suit works best and we suggest you stay away from green (spoiler alert!). As a side note for the ladies, the ceremony will take place on grass, so please keep that in mind when selecting your heels!
We've reserved hotel blocks at few hotels in the areas. Please visit the "Travel" page for more information. If you have further questions regarding lodging, please reach out directly to Sam or Ben. Given our wedding isn't local for our guests, we're happy provide assistance with planning your stay!
We are arranging shuttle transportation to and from the hotels included in our block. We will update the "Travel" page with further details. The venue also provides free parking with an abundance of space.
While we love dearly all the children in our lives, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to accommodate the big ask, and we hope that you can still celebrate the day with us.
While we'd love to say "the more the merrier," unfortunately, our wedding is RSVP only. Please refer to your formal wedding invitation for the number of guests included on the invite.
We got you! Our pre-set entrée menu will include a gluten-free and vegetarian option. But please also ensure you include any food allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP so that we may accommodate.
While your presence is our present, we've created a registry through Zola to help us in building our future life (and home) together as newlyweds. Please visit the "Registry" page for more information.
