Can I bring a guest / plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation and RSVP. We are right at the edge of maximum capacity at our venues. We appreciate your understanding! If you have additional questions, please reach out.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at Camp Greene. The Brightside has a spacious parking lot as well, and they also have overflow parking less than a block away.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal or formal, please. Feel free to be fancy.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will not be reserving hotel blocks, so kindly refer to the "travel" section for some suggestions. You can also check out Airbnb and other rentals for options in the vicinity (Fairborn, Xenia, Springfield, and Beavercreek could all be options, too).

What should I plan on in terms of food?

Answer

We will be serving a full dinner at the reception. We will also serve light hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour before the reception. If you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or have allergies, please let us know and we'll make sure to have options for you.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction; can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course. You can list dietary needs or restrictions when you RSVP.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If weather permits, the ceremony will be held outdoors. In case of rain, the ceremony will be held in an indoor shelter at Camp Greene. The reception will be held indoors.

Will you be providing transportation?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation between the ceremony and reception venues, or after the reception. Please keep this in mind, particularly if you plan on drinking at the reception.

Can I bring outside alcohol into the reception space?

Answer

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited at the Brightside. Please restrict drinking ONLY to drinks from their bar.
