What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4PM. Please arrive by 3:45PM.

Question

I'm taking the Shuttle. Where do I need to be and when?

Answer

The shuttle will pick up guests at the Double Tree Asheville DOWNTOWN (not Biltmore). The shuttle will arrive at 2:30PM and leave by 3:00PM. PLEASE ARRIVE BY 3:00PM AT THE LATEST SO YOU DO NOT MISS THE SHUTTLE.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to the venue. The pickup location is the Double Tree Asheville DOWNTOWN. However, if you would like to Uber or drive yourself, there is parking available at the venue.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Formal. Think summer wedding in the mountains! Formal summer dresses, summer suits or linen suits, etc. Dress to impress, but this is not a black-tie event :)

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged and that no photos or videos are taken. We have a photographer and videographer so everyone can be present with us. Feel free to take pictures and videos after the ceremony !
