When is the RSVP Deadline?

Please have your RSVPs in by March 31st 2026 for both the shuttle and the wedding event.

Can I bring my pet?

Answer

No - there are no animals permitted at the venue.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

There is limited capacity at the wedding venue and we are required to have a pre-prepared seating chart for the reception. Please reach out to Sam and Brant ASAP if we missed someone on your invite!

What if I need to change my RSVP?

Answer

You can directly update your RSVP through this Zola website. If you have any issues, please reach out directly. Reminder that the RSVP deadline for both the shuttle and the wedding is March 31st 2026.

Can I take photographs?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer at the event and photos will be made available after the event. We ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony, but you are welcome to take photos during the reception. Please stay out of the way of the photographer and don't let your phone take away from our shared experience!

Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?

Answer

Outdoor Venue, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be in shaded gardens, but the reception/dinner will be held inside a building.

What should I know about the venue for footwear?

Answer

The venue is primarily outdoors so bring shoes comfortable to wear on grass and gravel, with minimally uneven ground.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The average weather at this time of year is 70-80 F with an extremely low chance of rain. There will be shade in both the ceremony garden and the cocktail area, reception will be indoors.

What type of restrooms will be available?

Answer

The venue provides both porta-potties and a step up portable restroom trailer.

Where should we send or leave our gifts?

Answer

Please visit the registry tab for info on gifts, if you purchase a gift separate from the registry it can be shipped to us at: 23214 SW Sherk Pl, Sherwood, OR 97140 or you can bring the gift to the wedding and leave it at the welcome table as you enter.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a designated smoking spot near the bathrooms, this is listed on the venue map shared on the schedule page of this website. Please note that no drugs are allowed on the property, you will be fined by the venue if found using them.

Will there be an open or cash bar?

Answer

There is no open cash bar, but batch cocktails will be served during the cocktail hour, and we will be providing a limited bar serving beer and wine at dinner.
