Think smart casual: nice jeans, casual dresses, stylish tops, and sport coats are all perfect. A full suit or overly formal attire would be too much. We want you to enjoy the evening, whether you prefer dressier or more casual outfits. Looking forward to celebrating with you!
Doors will open at 7:00pm. The event entrance will be Door Six of the Reading Terminal Market. This is located at the corner of 12th Street and Filbert Street and it's positioned right beneath the iconic Reading Terminal Market neon sign. This entrance will also be indicated by a sidewalk sign that reads: Private Event Entrance.
There’s a parking lot directly across the street. It’s self park but at no cost to you as long as you arrive after 4:30pm and leave before 2:30am. After you park your car, speak to the attendant at the Ballroom at the Ben to get a validation paper. You’ll put that in the machine when you pay for parking and the charge will be $0.
We will be providing Uber codes to get everyone from the hotels to the venue. It’s just a quick, few block trip! Check your welcome bag at the hotel for the code.
Discounted Self-Parking is available from 6pm-6am at Hilton Garden Inn Garage ($10) at 1102 Arch St. This specific parking garage is titled “SP+ Parking” on Google Maps. PLEASE NOTE: Discounted parking is not available at the parking garage that is titled Parkway.
