When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at two places: Zola and Fragile (a local Atlanta shop). Items from both lists are shown below to make it easy to explore. We also have a cash fund for our Honeymoon. Thank you in advance! NOTE: While many of the items on our Zola registry are Crate & Barrel brand, we are not registered at Crate & Barrel directly so please purchase these items through Zola.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Please arrive by 4:30pm to be seated before the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is Black Tie Optional. Details for each specific wedding event can be found on the “Schedule” page.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have room blocks at Hotel Cashiers and Hampton Inn & Suites. We also recommend Wells Hotel and High Hampton, as well as AirBnB and VRBO rentals. You can find all the details on our "Travel" page.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from the wedding from the hotels on Saturday, September 27, 2025. Details on the "Travel" page.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at Lonesome Valley. Details on the "Travel" page.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please join us for our Welcome Party on Friday night (drinks & desserts) and for our Farewell Breakfast on Sunday morning before hitting the road home. See the "Schedule" page for details.

What are the dinner entree choices?

Answer

We have three choices for our plated dinner entree. During your RSVP, please choose from the following: - Chicken: Cast Iron seared joyce farms chicken, spinach and herb spaetzle, warm fingerling potato salad with caramelized onions and dill, herbed chimichuri sauce -Trout: Marinated and grilled sunburst trout filet, wild rice pilaf with toasted walnuts and orange peel, roasted garlic broccolini, saffron beurre blanc -Vegetarian: Fenugreek roasted cauliflower steak, salted turnips and greens, garden basil risotto, smoked tomato jus

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP, and we will work with our culinary team to ensure you have a tasty meal you can eat!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone other than who is listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, while we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event.

How do you say "Cashiers"?

Answer

Cashiers is pronounced not as the name of a person you pay for a purchase, but rather, “KASH-erz.”
