The nearest airport to Carlsbad is CLD, but will require a transfer from almost all cities. The nearest large airport would be San Diego, which is an approximately 45 minute drive away.

We suggest flying into San Diego, as you are more likely to encounter traffic coming from Los Angeles. From San Diego International Airport, we would recommend renting a car or Ubering to Carlsbad (about 35-45 minutes depending on traffic).
