Casual Garden Party: Think sundresses or jumpsuits for ladies; casual shirts, linen, khakis, and jeans for men! Our venue is on the beach, and it can get windy and chilly towards the end of the night. Please bring along a jacket! Flat shoes are encouraged due to gravel and soft grass surrounding the venue. Dinner will be served indoors.
Semi-Formal but Colorful: Think classy but joyful! Long dresses or cocktail-length dresses for ladies; dress shirts and slacks or khakis for men (suit jackets and ties optional)! Our ceremony & reception will both be held outdoors on soft grass, so be mindful of shoe choice (flats are encouraged)! Port Angeles has average July highs of 68 degrees, and it can be pretty windy on the beach! Layers are recommended including light jackets, cardigans, and sweaters.
Please note that Ubers and Lyfts are NOT reliable (maybe even nonexistent) in the Port Angeles area. We have arranged a Shuttle to drive guests from the venue to their hotels/airbnbs after the wedding reception ends at 11pm on Friday night. Please send us the address of where you are staying to secure your spot on the shuttle! Please also note this is only for AFTER the wedding; guests interested in this option will need to catch a ride to the venue, or if driving, arrange for someone to help them pick their car up from the venue by 10:30 am on Saturday morning. The venue's address is 2181 Crescent Beach Rd, Port Angeles, WA 98363 (about 25 minutes from downtown Port Angeles). Putting this address into GPS will bring you to a gate (on your right if you're coming from Port Angeles area). The gate code is 6860#. After entering the gate, please proceed along the road, straight, for about another half mile. As you see the lodge approach ahead, please look to your left for the noted field to park in.
When driving into the property, after about a half mile, there will be a field on your left as you approach the lodge. Please park in this field, labeled "Extra Parking" and "Overflow Parking" in the linked images for reference: https://tinyurl.com/3rwfcfez
Please plan to arrive at the venue by 4pm to ensure you have time to get through the gate, park, and make the short walk to the ceremony area which will be along the beach. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15pm.
Cocktail hour will begin after the ceremony is complete, and the reception will begin at 5:45pm. Dinner will be served at 6pm. Cake cutting, toasts, and choreographed dances will occur between 7-8pm followed by dancing, s'mores, and more celebrating! Sam & Waseem will say their goodbyes and exit at 11pm.
