We recommend Airbnb, it’s super easy, there are lots of good options! There are plenty of hotels that look good as well, but we didn’t stay at any on our trip. Stay where you’d like, but we recommend staying in either the 5 de diciembre or Zona Romantica neighborhoods. *When we went, it seemed like the closer the water you were, the busier the neighborhoods were.

You do not need to rent a car. Uber is incredibly cheap and very accessible. Uber from the airport — when you get outside, walk to the left immediately. Go around the corner and you’ll see a pedestrian bridge. Go over that bridge to the other side of the road. From there, it’ll be cheaper and easier to order your uber.
