We're Getting Married!

Brand new to Dayton, Ohio, Travis entered the dating app world and "matched" with Sam. After several days of talking over the phone, Travis asked Sam to dinner. Neither of the two had ever been out on a date from a dating app before, so they were both very cautious-- but optimistic. Travis picked Sam up from her apartment and drove the .1 miles to Lock 27, a brewery right next to Sam's apartment. They sat and talked over dinner and drinks--neither of them touching their food the entire time. Sam invited Travis up to her apartment, and he instantly fell in love....with Sadie, Sam's perfect husky. After talking for another few hours, Travis left the apartment and Snap Chatted all his friends that he made out with his first Dayton girl. Since that night, Travis and Sam have enjoyed everything from trips to Travis's home state of Georgia to music festivals and sporting events. They have visited over 100 local Dayton restaurants and too many breweries to count. Travis helped Sam through law school, and Sam helps Travis in his MBA classes (the ones that don't involve math). On 11/5/2021, they got engaged! They are so excited to get married!

After a long day at work, Sam had come home for the weekend and started discussing the weekend plans with Travis. She put all of her work things away and walked into the other room where rose petals, flowers, candles, photos of the two, and a “Will you marry me?“ banner were all set up. Travis didn’t even get the chance to ask the question before Sam started screaming, “Yes!”. The whole weekend was then made up of surprises from a fancy dinner at one of the couple’s favorite restaurants, to Travis surprising Sam by bringing her parents into town.
