FAQs

The Wedding Website of Samantha Roberts and Tommy Rosales
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request guests to wear colorful cocktail attire, with black and white reserved for the bridal party. Women are encouraged to choose dresses or gowns in vibrant hues, while men are invited to wear suits in fun colors. Lightweight fabrics are recommended to ensure comfort in the summer heat.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 24, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand. ♡

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding. ♡

Question

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults.

Question

Where can I park upon arrival?

Answer

There are many public parking options around Downtown San Juan Capistrano that guests and vendors are welcome to park in. The most convenient guest parking is Franciscan Plaza Parking Structure located adjacent to the venue and offers overnight parking options.

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar during the reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe! ♡
