This is where the ceremony and reception will be hosted. The block is limited so we recommend booking early! See FAQs for Parking information   Please note the link will only allow guests to book the requested nights. If guests are looking to come in earlier or stay longer please let us know so we can put you in contact with the hotel representative.  The last day to make reservations using the discount rate is Wednesday, July 29th, 2026.     The $25/night amenity fee will NOT be charged if booked under the block, despite what may show on the website.

On the same block as the Kimpton Gray so only a 2 minute walk to the venue. See FAQs for Parking information. Guests will have until the cutoff date of August 6, 2026 to book within the block at the group rate.

Residence Inn Chicago Downtown/Loop

Slightly less nice than the other options, but half a block away from the Kimpton Gray making it very convenient. See FAQs for Parking information. Guests will have until the cutoff date of July 27, 2026 to book within the block at the group rate. House Or Rental

AIRBNB

Limited Airbnb options within the loop so would recommend hotels listed above. Airbnbs outside the loop work as well given easy access via the L or via Uber. Feel free to text Sam or Tom if you have any questions on which neighborhoods are best

Flight

O'Hare or Midway

O'Hare: ~45-60 minute drive or ~45 minute L train ride (Blue Line) to central Chicago. Midway: ~20-30 minute drive or ~30 minute L train ride (Orange Line) to central Chicago Drive times heavily dependent on traffic. If arriving/departing around rush hour, recommend taking the L train

Rental Car

We wouldn't recommend a rental car as public transportation in Chicago is safe and reliable and Ubers are relatively cheap. Walking or ubering is recommended if you are staying downtown. See FAQs for Parking information
