Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

YES. There will be a shuttle that runs from the Fairfield Hotel in Williamstown to to the venue with a stop in Downtown North Adams in the V&V/Burger King/Municipal Parking lot. Pickups will be 3pm in Williamstown, 3:15 in North Adams with a return trip at 11:05pm.

Are Children Allowed?

Yes, we've gone back and forth on this but children will be allowed, we'll have a kids table of activities.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP (Please!) We know the wedding is already around the corner, the sooner you let us know, the better for everyone.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony is limited to a small group of close friends and immediate family. Please do not arrive before 3pm. You're all great, we promise! We just want a more intimate ceremony before we celebrate with all of you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Smart Casual/ Garden Party..... Whats that you ask? Look nice, but no need for suits or fancy dresses. Think summer dresses, tucked in shirts and maybe a sports coat if you're feeling flashy. It's an August afternoon/night in the Berkshires, could be pretty warm.

Is the Bar Cash or Open?

Answer

It will be an Open Bar with beer and wine as well as a margarita bar during cocktail hour. There is no ATM on site so please bring some cash for tips! Outside alcohol is not allowed per our contract.

I can't make it, will there be a virtual option so I can take part?

Answer

YES, we understand that some may not be able to join us and because of that we intend to stream certain portions of the event (speeches, dances, etc) so everyone can take part, whether in person or from afar. Details coming on that.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on site. We also intend to run a shuttle down to North Adams and possibly Williamstown, stay tuned for details on that!
